Birdley Coupons in the Classroom

With the start of the New Year, I decided to start rewarding exceptional work with some Dr. Birdley coupons. They're basically post-it notes that I drew the characters on and gave to the students. I told students that on the next quiz they could exchange their coupons for extra points. I think it helped students get more motivated and added a fun aspect to the classroom climate. One of the more popular ones was a wizard bird character with the title "World of Byrdcraft."
