U. Mass Medical School Conference

As February break begins, I am finalizing the outline for the U. Mass Medical School Conference in April. My goal as one of the panelists is to assist educators in developing teaching strategies for integrating more of the health sciences into their lessons, as a means of exposing students to health-related professions and making science more relevant to "real life." In planning the panel and lesson demonstration, I have been researching new material from the NIH and drawing on my own experience with using medical case studies in my lessons. Overall it's great fun and I look forward to it all coming together.
